Close to everything, Florida Pines is a tranquil subdivision off of highway 27. Catch warm tropical breezes off the front porch as you take in the pine trees and well maintained lawns of the subdivision. The large fully equipped kitchen is perfect for creating small snacks to large feasts for the vacation goers. The comfortable sitting room is adjacent to the pool deck and is ideal for casual TV watching or gazing out onto the pool deck. Both master and queen bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and large walk in closets. All bedrooms have TVs for relaxed viewing. The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table, football table and dart board that will ensure hours of entertainment. The pool/spa is surrounded with privacy screening and is a perfect place for sun-n-fun activities.

Ideally located, Florida Pines is on the West side of Kissimmee and can be found by travelling West on the 192 to the very end and then South on US27. Easy access to Disneyworld, Epcot, Universal Studios and Sea World. Golf is available locally at Champions Gate and Highland Reserve, these being two of many courses located in the area There are numerous restaurants and shopping along Route 192. The Publix grocery store is only 1 mile down the road. WalMart is at the intersection of Routes 192 and 27.   • Discounts are available for monthly bookings:
    Low Season £1,500.
    Mid Season £1,800.
    Easter and Christmas £2,000.

    When confirmed the reservation will be held for 3 days pending receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total cost. The balance is payable in full 2 months before departure. If booking within 2 months of departure the full amount is payable when the reservation is confirmed. Payments can be made by cheque, on-line banking or by credit or debit card.

    2 weeks before departure full instructions will be given as to the exact location of the accommodation, key collection and directions from the airport. Also contact details will be given for the on-site management company who are on-hand 24 hours 7 days per week should any problems occur during your stay.

    If Pool/Spa heat is required an additional charge of £15 per day will apply. All prices shown INCLUDE taxes
