This detached villa is a rare gem. It is secluded but close to the heart of Cannes, just 1.4 km to Festival Hall, 20 minutes walk to the seafront and beaches. It preserves early 20th century architecture whilst providing comfort and modernity throughout. It has been refurbished by leading UK architect. The result is a combination of Provencal simplicity and sympathetic modernization, retaining most of the original features. Although you are minutes from the center of Cannes, the walled cottage garden and pool provide an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility. The garden is shaded with Mediterranean shrubs, orange and fig trees and the patio, shaded by vines provides an ideal space for al fresco dining. Internally, all finishes are of an exceptional high standard and combine traditional materials including marble and granite. The property offers versatile accommodation since the lower ground floor has two twin rooms, shower room and its own kitchenette.

Cannes is an ideal holiday destination as it offers a wide variety of activities for all ages . All beach sports are available as well as boat trips to nearby Lerins islands and St Tropez. Cannes historical centre is also rich in picturesque monuments and art exhibitions - The coastal trains provide easy access to nearby sea resorts such as St Raphael- Nice is only a 20 minute train journey and the Italian riviera with the famous Markets of Ventimiglia and San Remo are only an hour away.

  • Bookings for congresses Mipcom. Miptv. FIF, housekeeping charges of 50 euros per person to be added to weekly rental price. For summer bookings, housekeeping/ garden and pool maintenance of 60 euros per person to add to weekly rental price.
    Maid/housekeeper service is available at the rate of 15 euros per hour.
    In summer, minimum stay is 1 week- All congresses can be booked for the duration of the congress/ or Festival.
    Changeover day is saturday, however for congresses or FIF, arrival and departure day are flexible to match congress dates.
  • Deposit to secure booking is 30 % of rental price and is to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed- Balance is to be paid 2 months prior to arrival
    Security deposit is 30 % of the rental price and is to be paid at the same time as the balance or no later that 1 month prior to arrival. It can be paid in Sterling for UK guests
