Please call for Special Offers!!!!Unbeatable luxury 2 bed, 2 bathroom, penthouse apartment with hot tub on the enormous roof terrace. Private underground garage with lift access. Sleeps 4 -6. Air conditioning and central heating with electric security blinds. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with 32' flat screen and DVD. Bedroom 2 has twins with a flat screen and DVD. There is a 42' Flat screen in the lounge with DVD, Wii and Bose ipod system. Kitchen has a microwave, dish washer and washer dryer plus normal facilities.The huge roof terrace has 4 sun loungers, 6 person dining table and additional seating for 6 together with a hot tub that looks across the PGA golf course to the Mar Menor. The other end looks at the pool.The apartment is a few minutes walk from the club house, golf course and sports facilities and a short 5 min drive from Los Alcazares with its beaches, restaurants and bars ideally suited to families and golfers. The Roda beach resort can be accessed by car or water taxi.
