  • All prices impling a minimum stay of 3 nights - visits of just 1 or 2 nights will incur a cleaning charge of 30€,
    Price include water,electricity,final cleaning,linen sheets, bath towels, shampoo,shower cap, soap.
    Extra cleaning 15€ per hour.
    A cot is possible with an extra charge35€(for the whole stay)
    Payment Conditions:
    -To make a reservation we require a deposit payment to be made of 20% of the total to our account. On receipt of your bank transfer, we will send you confirmation by e-mail.
    The outstanding balance of 80% is payable in cash (euros) on your arrival in Barcelona.
    -Property Deposit 200€-400€. This deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure less any amounts deducted for the cost of any damage to the property or any missing objects.
  • 2 persons / per night: 75€,
    3 persons / per night: 85€,
    4 persons / per night: 95€.
