Quiet and cosy holiday studio of 30 m² fully furnished, in a great central location (5-7 mm walk to beach, old city, train station, 3 mm to tram and bus, 10 mm to central bus station, near all facilities and touristic places, 2 mm walking to the shopping complex Nice Etoile on avenue Jean-Medicin) At the 3d floor with lift of a nice Art Deco building, big entrance .Tiled bathroom with shower and toilet inside. Little open kitchen well equipped with refrigeration and cooking facilities . The lounge contains a big sofa-bed for 2 (150), and a single sofa-bed (90) . A camp bed can be installed on demand.There is a table with seating for up to 4 people, a big wardrobe . Window with double glasses and electric rollers. Due to the property's location, there is no need for a car as all amenities are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy a delightful holiday being so close to the attractions Nice has to offer! The beaches are 7 mm walk, 'gare routiere and train at 10 mm.
