Luxury new development, Varandas De Carteia Large 2 bedroom. 2 Bathroom, one en-suite. Built in Wardrobes, Large Kitchen, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge freezer. Sky t.v. large flat screen T.V Air Condition. Wrap around terrace (80 sq m). Has a lovely swimming pool safe for children. Underground car park. This apartment has been furnished to a very high standard. It is only 3minutes walk from beach, playgrounds, restaurants, cafes. The main bus station that takes you all over the Algarve is near the apt. Quarteira is very well located. It is near all golf courses, water parks, and is near Almancil ,Val do Lobo, There is a lovely walk on the promenade to Vilamoura where there is a beautiful Marina.Every Wednesday Quarteira has a big Market. There are restaurants to suit every pocket in the immediate area. In July and August there are many free out door concerts and festivals in Quarteira. It is only 20min from airport. Wheelchair suitable with ramps to main entrance.

Forte Novo Beach is only 200mtrs away with unspoiled beached. Quarteira Promenade is only 2miinutes away. There are plenty of festivals,All year round, especially July and August , Almancil is 4km away fabulos restraunts and near Vale de lobo. Vilamoura 1.6km. where there is a beautiful marina with restraunts,shops and plenty of entertainment. The bus station is only a few minutes away. and there is a Market every Wednesday. There is a great SuperMarket across the road from the Apartment that has every think you need. It has a butchers, delicettitessen, Bread counters and fresh veg every day.

If it suits to pay in sterling this would be accepted. Wheelchair suitable. ramp to main entrance. there is a seat in the bath with hand rails.
