Set in its own beautiful gated gardens of 2000m2 abounding with oak and fruit trees and shrubs, the charming single level cottage offers three bedrooms, two doubles & one twin sleeping up to 6 people. It has a very well equipped kitchen with dining area for 6. The kitchen offers a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave,toaster and a good supply of crockery and utensils aiming to give you a home from home feel. The kitchen leads onto a covered terrace running the length of the house with a wooden bench & table and then onto an additional eating area with patio chairs, tables and BBQ both perfect for alfresco eating whatever the weather. There is a separate living area with a sofa & two chairs, TV and DVD player and finally a large shower room and WC. The pool is 5.3 meters wide and Hexagonal in shape and can be made child safe by the removal of the steps. The fenced and gated garden offers a boules area, badminton/volleyball area & fish pond.
