Vincenzo Ciardo:
This extreme part of Italy, which stretches like a bridge to the East, boasts of being the birthplace
of the famous painter Vincenzo Ciardo (1894 -1970) artist of international renown.
His paintings of the Neo-Impressionist style are full of deep lyricism and enhancey the landscapes of Salento,
characterized by the presence of olive, rocks, sea, the white houses, the geometry of the land and the beautiful
full moon that pours a mysterious light.
