Attractive apartment, old building, central and quiet, castle and Spree’s shore
An oasis in the middle of a big city, directly at the Spree river´s shore, across from the palace garden and the Charlottenburg palace. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom inside the summer house of a 1905 remodeled old building. The house is very quiet and well taken care of. It offers all modern comfort such as dish-washer, washing-machine, satellite TV, DVD player and telephone with Internet connection. Good location, direct access to the main roads. Close to the most important attractions such as Kürfurtendamm, Brandenburger Tor, Postdamer Platz, Reichstag, Museumsinsel, etc. which can be easily reached from there. The house is suitable for short rentals because of its convenient and central location near the fair area; also suitable for long terms rentals because of its comfort.

Very central, located between Tegel Airport and Kurfürstendamm, next to the castle with its park and the Spree river´s shore. An unique location in Berlin which invites you to relax and recover on an oasis in the middle of the pulsing big city life nearby all important attractions, the intercity train, and the fair. Good location, direct access to the main roads. Bus 109 from Tegel Airport towards Kurfürstendamm to the zoo, M 45 from the castle to the zoo, Charlottenburg suburban line station from where you can quickly get to the centre of Berlin and the U7. The highway can also be quickly reached (Spandauer Damm exit). One can also ride a bike along the Spree River towards the zoo to Brandenburger Tor, avoiding the traffic.

| Notes: | The whole house offers detached halls and high ceiling rooms, as most of the typical old buildings in Berlin do. The house was recently remodeled and is in very good condition. Plenty of space for 4 people inside the house. Families are welcome. For children: high-chair, cot, guest cot and sofa-bed. The kitchen is completely equipped and offers a dining area for 4 - 6 people. You will find all the necessary equipment to cook and bake easily. Regarding the laundry the house also offers a washing-machine, an iron with an ironing board. The living-room has a beautiful and comfortable sitting area with an additional sofa-bed. The house is also suitable for long term accommodations because of its comfort. |
