Additional information about rental rates

  • In the event of you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:
    More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only
    Between 6 - 8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental
    Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental
  • Pool heat is £9.00 per day and is optional
    There is a £75.00 charge for prep, final standard clean and BBQ usage
    If the Golf Scoop is taken, there is a £35.00 admin fee per house booking and between mid-December and after Easter, each adult card (max 2) is subject to a charge of £35.00 for each period of 7 days.
  • Under no circumstances may more than the agreed number of persons booked and listed on the Booking Confirmation Form occupy the property except by prior written agreement. Pets are not allowed. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit of £150 is required to be paid with the balance of the rental. This is held as security against return of keys, inventory damage, excess cleaning costs, long distance telephone calls where applicable etc. The Owner will return this deposit to the client subject to a satisfactory inspection.
