Feel at home in the country Well furnished and with a welcoming, homely atmosphere, the cottage features a spacious open-plan lounge and dining room with fireplace and double doors leading to an attractive step with unsurpassed ocean views. The dining area, too, offers superb sea views through its large bay window. There’s a well equipped country-style kitchen (with serving hatch to dining area) featuring a modern electric cooking range, fridge/freezer, double drainer sink, gas geyser and appliances. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) all with an ensuite bathroom with both bath and shower. The cottage offers shaded parking for 2 cars and ample space for at least 2 further vehicles. As Noetzie cottage has its own generator, solar panels and gas geysers, power outages will never pose a problem! Stunning location; Just 5k from the N2 east of Knysna, Noetzie Cottage is at the end of a quiet country road.

  • Terms and Conditions
    1. A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
    2. Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
    3. The 30% deposit will be held as a breakages deposit and will be returned within 30 days of the end of the booking. Customers should leave the accommodation as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused during their stay including but not restricted to the value of the breakage deposit.

    Cancellation Policy
    For cancellations up to 14 days prior to booking 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
