Villa Messi is a beautiful villa, elegantly furnished and decorated. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The dining room accommodates ten at mealtimes. There is also a sitting room, small gym & kitchen area. The kitchen area opens onto a terrace seating up to 40 people. It features an oven, BBQ and bar. Casa Dante (the apartment) stands in the same grounds. It comprises the entire mezzanine floor of a splendid Casalini house, elegantly furnished & fully equipped with all modern facilities. As with the terrace, the olive tree-fringed garden is open to both apartment and villa guests. It is always painstakingly well maintained, and contains a large swimming-pool (8m long), baby pool, jacuzzi, plus a gazebo with table accommodation for 6, and a sheltered stone alfresco eating area, suitable for 8 people to take aperitifs. There is parking space for 3 cars. Help with cooking and housework may be negotiated. Bicycles & a welcome pack of food/drink are provided free to our guests.

Villa Messi is a fully equipped modern Italian villa with stylish elegant furnishings. The three double bedrooms have newly appointed en-suite bathrooms. These, plus the 10-seater dining room, kitchen and sitting room are all fully cooled in summer by air-conditioning and kept warm in winter by central heating. There is a second, separate kitchen on the large terrace. For the exercise-conscious, Villa Messi has a large 8 x 4.7-metre pool and a small new gym with an adjacent bathroom and a sauna which accommodates four people. The large poolside gazebo is equipped with an alfresco dining table which will seat 8-10 people. Like Casa Dante, Villa Messi offers ready access to nearby wooded hills, which remain unspoilt by time. This area around Casalini is perfect for rambling, picnics and trekking. In many places, walkers will come upon breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views, 40 kilometres deep into the captivating Perugia region.
