The apartment is in a single family house built in 2000 and is 49 m². It has one double bedroom with a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a large, modern bathroom. As most of the time is spent outside the 2 large terraces each of 100 m² are used a lot. Part of the terrace is roofed and much protected from the elements. The apartment is located in a large, spectacular garden with tropical fruits, many different plants and flowers and is 8,000 m². There are stunning views to the mountains and the sea. The apartment is not let when the owners are there. Not suitable for young families because of the partially rocky terrain.

The apartment is located in the centre of El Golfo. The nearest village Frontera is 10 minutes away with plenty of shopping opportunities (2 minutes by car). The apartment can be reached by car from the airport or harbour in 30 minutes. Travel is by air to Tenerife North or South and from there either from Tenerife North by air or from Tenerife South with the ferry. Ideal for walking and complete relaxation. It is 40 minutes on foot to 2 natural seawater swimming pools (5 minutes by car).
