This special and peaceful villa has everything. An enclosed sunny naya which overlooks the pool where you can relax, read a book and just watch the world go by and still have one eye on the kids. The characterful lounge with beamed ceilings is cool in Summer and snug in winter with a traditional wood burning stove and just through the Tosca stone archway is a beautiful triple aspect dining area. The cooling Summer breeze leaves the villa and garden feeling pleasant and comfortable even on the hottest of days allowing you to fully enjoy the tropical 'secret garden' and chill out by the pool! For alfresco dining there is a covered dining area, outside kitchen and brick BBQ. You can also dine under the stars on the wide terraces that surround the pool which is beautifully lit at night. The villa is completely enclosed and gated making it safe for the kids to run around. Perfect for time away in the summer and winter months!

Just 5 minutes drive away is the wide sandy blue flag Arenal beach, a major centre of activity by day and by night. Water skiing, jet skiing, scuba diving, pedalos, windsurfing, sailing, boat hire for fishing or exploring the coves along the coast, are all on offer. There are many excellent restaurants, bars, and night clubs on the streets behind the Arenal as well as the market selling arts and crafts on the promenade and a small fun fair. The Medieval town of Javea is set back from the coastline, and retains much of its Spanish character, with narrow streets lined with whitewashed houses, dating back to the XVI Century. The church of Saint Bertomeu in the heart of the old town has an inner wall dating back to 1244, when King Jaime the Conqueror defeated the Moors here. There is a busy daily market in the church square selling fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as freshly caught fish in the evening. Why not enjoy all of this as you eat and drink in the many traditional taps bars.

Notes: Outside: The south facing sunny terrace has a larger than average private pool (10 x 5m) with a diving board for the adult kids and Roman steps for younger kids to paddle safely. Beyond the gates of the patio area is a tranquil and well established tropical ‘secret garden’ which surrounds the house. For alfresco dining there is a covered dining area, outside kitchen with sink and brick BBQ. There is a drying area, garage and the villa is fully enclosed and gated. Life has never been so good! Utility Room: Large utility room with butlers sink, washing machine, large storage cupboard, hoover, ironing board and iron, mop and bucket. Naya: The villa is entered via a double glaze sunny naya with 2 Tosca stone archways over looking the pool. Spend the day relaxing on one of the 2 sofas reading or dreaming the day away. Open the doors fully in summer to allow the summer cooling breeze to blow through the villa!
