Terraces cover all points of the compass and offer sun or shade with stunning views and great places to sit or eat in the heat of the day or the cool of the evening. Thalassa villa covers 220m2 on 2 floors, set in 6000m2 of private grounds and gardens built to the highest standards with high wooden ceilings, cool evening breezes, balcony doors and the highest standard of furnishings. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this property. The large kitchen contains an eating area but there is a separate dining room which will sit 8 comfortably and open plan lounge.

Villa Thalassa is located on the western side of the Argostoli Bay on the Paliki peninsula, 7km from the main town of Lixouri and surrounded by beautiful views of the gulf and mountains. Lixouri has all the amenities that you may require. Life centres round the square where you will find some great taverna,cafes and bars. The Paliki peninsula offers some of the islands best beaches including Petani, Atheras, Xi, Lepeda and Plati Amos. Kefalonia has a lot to offer with underwater lakes and caves, castles and fortresses, spectacular scenery and diverse landscapes.
