The Villa Los 3 Artistas is a marvellous luxury villa, for 2-6 persons, with private pool (9 x 4,5) and a dreamlike, gigantic view over the valley down to the sea (about 8-10 min. by car to get there). It is exclusively furnished with loving care and much love of fine details, with all the conveniences. Hillside location, sun-terraces with pool and dining area. A really very special and romantic house - the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday! Maybe your (second?) honeymoon? With more than 4-6 persons, it is also possible to rent the upper part of the house (about 120 m2 more). Then you will have to pay the rent and extra expenses x 2. More information on request.

Moraira, once a small fishing village, is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean vegetation: Orange, lemon and almond trees... By walking through its narrow alleys, you still feel the charming maritime atmosphere of former times. There are restaurants for each taste, a nice marina and lots of shopping facilities. It has also got a fantastic hinterland with mountains and typical Spanish villages. You will love Guadalest! You can make excursions to Benidorm with its impressive skyscrapers and its even more impressive girls dancing in the Lido, the theme park Terra Mitica, or, more sophisticated, Altea with its white houses in typical Spanish stile. Moraira has nice beaches, I think you will especially like the small sandy beach of El Portet where you can have a drink or eat in one of the two little restaurants while sitting close to the sea! To put it in a nutshell - Moraira is a wonderful place for people who don't need skyscrapers to feel happy!

Notes to the rental rates

  • The prices are all inclusive up to 4 persons (sheets, towels for the pool/bathrooms/beach), water, and electricity. If you are more than 4 persons we have to charge 90.-/person/week/house extra, for a 7th person in villa 1 =35.-/week. 1 dog 30.-/week. From November with March we charge extra 50.-/week/house for electric heating, with more than 4 persons extra 10.-/person/week/house. If you want to use the washing machine, we will charge 25.-/week extra, when the rental period is only 2 weeks. For 3-5 weeks it is included, 5 and more weeks 20.-/week. Hand-over of the keys by a contact person in Moraira: 40.-
  • Changing days are shown as available (white). Departure (Saturday) until 10 a.m., Arrival (Saturday) after 17 p.m. (or after consulting). Please, simply tell me your wishes by mail. In certain periods it is also possible to rent the house daily (3 days min.) or if you wish, you can arrive not only on Saturdays. The price for the cleaning always remains the same. From May 16th - June 13th, and from July, 4th, until September, 5th, you can rent only from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Final cleaning: Up to 4 persons 130.-/house, with more than 4 persons 145.-/house; if you take your dog with you, we charge 35.-/house more for the final cleaning. Attention please: Only after sending back the signed contract (also by fax), after getting my confirmation and paying 40% of the total rent, your booking is valid. The rest of the rent and the deposit must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival - otherwise the booking is cancelled and you will have to pay 90 % of the total price for the house!

  • The small bathroom has got two doors - so you can use it from the pool area or from the living-room. When renting the upper house, too, you will have a fireside (with glass) in the living room, a 4-plate-oven, a big fridge with separate freezer compartment, only a small TV, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine/safe are to be used together, as well as the big TV, radio/CD/cassette recorder. From the living room, the big bedroom and the nice porche/roofed terrace you have a wonderful view down to the sea and the valley, something for people who appreciate nature! Of course, you will have a table and seats on your own terrace, too. The here described part of the house is the one you can see above the pool. All rooms are on ONE level and so very convenient for (older) people who do not want to have stairs IN the house. However, you will have stairs when going down to the pool or the other house. The access ramp for both houses is the same.
Bedrooms:

  • On request there is a folding bed for a 7th. person. It can be put into the living-room or in the bigger bedroom. When you are 5 or 6 persons the pull-out sofa must be used in the living-room. Therefore the villa is ideal for 2-4 persons, there are 2 bathrooms (a smaller and a big one). Please, do absolutely not smoke in the bedrooms! It is possible to rent the upper house, too, but only together with the described house below. Then all prices and extra expenses are to be doubled. You will have 2 more bedrooms for 2x2 persons, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and tube), complete kitchen, living room/dining area, all furnished in exclusive and elegant Spanish style (more details on request). It is ideal for 2 families who want to spend their holidays together or - why don't you take your grandparents with you? Each family will have its own house and nevertheless you are together... TV, pool and pool area are to be used together then.

Notes:

The villa is not suited for children under 7 (because of the nearness pool/living-room and the furniture). A small/middle size dog is allowed on request. Non-smokers are very welcome - if you smoke, don't do so in the bedrooms and in the kitchen/dining area, please. There is no b-b-q outside allowed (wooden terraces, natural stone pavement). I am very sorry, but the plot/ house is not suited for physically disabled people. The upper house - have a look at the dscription of the'bathrooms', please. All rooms in the upper house are on ONE level, so this is ideal for (older) people who do not want stairs in the house.

Description: ground-floor (pool-level): 1 living-room with access to the pool area (with a pull-out sofa for 2 persons), stairs up to the gallery; 1 shower room with toilet (accessible also from the pool area). First floor: Dining area overlooking the living-room and American Kitchen; 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom. Second floor: 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds). Equipment: Electric range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezing compartment, SAT-TV, garden furniture, fondue/raclette (no b-b-q). Not suited for children under 7. Description of the upper house - see 'bathrooms'.

Biggest aquarium of Europe - a great excursion!

Go and visit the Oceanografic in Valencia - it is the biggest aquarium center of Europe! You will find abour 25.000 animals of 500 different species! Or go to Mundomar near Benidorm surroundes by a beautiful countryside - they have shows with seals and dolphins!
