The villa is located in a semi-rural setting adjacent to Algarvian countryside. Approached by a private drive, it sits in a lovely large plot with mature gardens featuring flowering shrubs, olive, fig and almond trees. The whole situation is quiet, peaceful, secluded and private despite being only minutes away from beach, shops, marina, bars and restaurants. The villa sleeps 8/10 people in 4 twin / double bedrooms – two with en-suite bathrooms. The living rooms are on the ground floor and the bedrooms and three bathrooms are upstairs. There is a private 10m x 5m swimming pool. There is an extremely large lounge / dining room, a large family kitchen with a sunny conservatory style breakfast area with french windows to the outside terraces and garden areas. The delightful and historic town of Lagos and the two mile long sandy beach of Meia Praia are both only 5 minutes drive away by car. Lagos itself has a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
