Photos and Description of this Protaras holiday villa 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms on the outskirts of Ayia Napa to sleep up to 12 people

This luxury villa with a floor space of 450 square meters is fully air conditioned and centrally heated, is situated in its own plot of 1800 square meters. In the spacious landscaped gardens there is a private 12m x 6m infinity swimming pool, one end of which is arched with steps leading into the water. By the pool there are 8 sun loungers, parasols, basket ball net and a pool side shower. In a separate part of the garden there is a hammock, Jacuzzi for 8 and shady pergola equipped with seating, fridge and a bar. This area of the garden is crazy paved and well planted with palms and tropical plants. There is a large terrace which goes completely around the villa and is equipped with a garden table, chairs and a barbecue. On the terrace at the rear of the Villa there is a pool table. All patio doors and windows are fitted with blinds and curtains. All rooms have stylish light fittings, ornaments and pictures. The owner has spared no expense on the furnishings and fittings.
