The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen /dining room, three double bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms (bathroom and additional WC). There are stairs which lead up and out onto a huge roof terrace which in summer is perfect for sun bathing, or relaxing with a glass or two of the local beer or wine. The apartment comprises the living room, which has been furnished with modern style and comfort with sofas, coffee tables, plants, a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD player. There are three bedrooms, two which each have 2 double beds and single bed; the other with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower above, and additional separate WC. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs.
