The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprises on the ground floor of a hallway leading to the living room, with 180 degree sea and coastal views, and a dining area. There is a large fully fitted kitchen, with modern appliances. From the kitchen is a laundry room. On this level is also a family bathroom. Stairs lead down to the lower level, where there is access to the master bedroom with en-suite, there is also a walk-in closet and make-up room. a passageway gives access to a second double bedroom and three twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. there is also a fully equipped gym, steam room, Sauna and Power shower room. Outside there are steps that lead down passed the ornamental gardens to a sun terrace. There is a fully fenced 9m x 5m swimming pool, with full-width steps and ladder access/ There is a pool-side shower and a Hot-spa bath. There is a charcoal BBQ and various balconies with patio furniture. To the front of the house is off road parking for 4 cars.
