This white-washed Andalucian house has its own orange grove and is surrounded by beautiful hills. The house can be rented for 6 people, or in two parts: 'Naranjas' (Oranges) for 4, and 'Limones' (lemons) which sleeps 2. 'Naranjas' has a comfortable double bedroom with en suite bath/WC and double doors to patio (and leading to child’s bed room), lounge (with double sofa-bed for occasional visitors), dining-room, kitchen, 2nd shower/WC all on ground floor, one twin room upstairs, private patio/garden front & back. 'Limones' adjoins 'Naranjas' with an independent entrance; it has large double/twin bedroom, bathroom with newly fitted shower & bath, and upstairs large airy lounge/kitchenette leading to large terrace. Air con & heating panels in some rooms, double sofa-bed for occasional visitors. Ample patio/garden/terrace space for a delightfully relaxing holiday - or you may be out sampling Alora's restaurants, Malaga's museums and shops, exploring the national parks or coast..!

'Naranjas' (or 'Oranges') is a typical Andalucian house with two delightful private patios, the back patio leading to a small garden and out into an orange grove. The house is designed to be cool in summer (and has heating panels for winter). On the ground floor, the front door leads into a dining room with door to the patio, and well equipped kitchen. The main bedroom, with its double doors leading out onto thepatio, has a large comfortable double bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. There is also an adjoining small room (eg. for a child). Also on the ground floor is a second WC/shower room, and upstairs there is a twin bedroom. If you are not out sampling the restaurants of Alora, swimming or walking in Alora, El Chorro or the coast, or enjoying the sights of Malaga or Granada, you can either relax on one of the patios, or in the comfortable sitting room (which has a double sofa-bed for occasional visitors).

Look out for local bars and fiestas! If you like to walk, cycle, bird-watch or just relax, you will be near national parks with spectacular scenery, such as El Chorro gorge and the standing stones of El Torcal. If you like to visit interesting places, you can make day trips to Granada, Cordova or Seville, and you are within about an hour of Malaga old town, coastal beaches and the airport. This attractive property is a good central location for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy countryside, coast and culture!

The accommodation is flexible, as six people can share it, but it can also offer privacy to two separate groups of visitors. It also caters for flexible interests: it is quiet, but not isolated; near activities (especially walking, climbing, bird-watching, picnicking, swimming in lakes or local open air pools) but also excellent for visiting historical and cultural sites, and for sight-seeing, eating, shopping in the lively town of Malaga, as well as in the picturesque small town of Alora. It is child-friendly, because spacious, and much of the property is on the level. It is far from the crowds and traffic of the Costa del Sol, but the beaches are nonetheless within easy reach for a day trip.
