Capalbio is an ancient Middle-aged village surrounded by the Tuscan Maremma, 10 minutes far from the beautiful beaches. Classified by the Touring Club as one of the 5 best coastal places of Italy for the quality of the sea and for the interesting historical, cultural, naturalistic and gastronomic attraction of the place, Capalbio represent a “must” for the holiday in Italy. Casa Albia, just outside the ancient castle wall, benefit of the open view of the Maremma hills and at the same time the vicinity to the village centre. The house, 140sq m large, has the upper level dedicated to the living area, dining and kitchen area, while downstairs are located three bedrooms for 5-6 people and 2 bathrooms. The materials used, the architectonic solutions and the ancient furniture gives historical suggestions creating at the same time the right harmony between the space and the environment. TV Sat, Hi Fi, Air conditioned. Parking.
