  • A 30% deposit is required at time of booking with balance payable 6 weeks before rental commences. Should the arrival date be less than six weeks from the booking date, full payment is required upon confirmation of your booking request.

    Cash deposit in bank - please enquire about details
    The monies should be net of all bank charges when they reach our account.
    Check-in is from 3pm on day that rental is due to commence, and check-out is by 11am on the day of departure (morning after the last night booked). Depending on bookings by other guests, you may contact us to arrange earlier check in or to extend departure times by a few hours. Rates include electricity, gas, routine house cleaning before and after your stay and fortnightly laundry supply. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
  • At the end of your stay if you wish to extend your stay and the property is not already booked, additional nights can be arranged at favourable rate per night or the full weekly rate should you reserve a further week.

    Discounts for early bookings
    If cancellation occurs less than 6 weeks to check-in date and after which the remaining balance must have been paid, refund of such balance is subject to the reletting of the property for the originally booked period.
