This modern apartment is conveniently located on Aleksanda Caka iela, one of the main streets in Riga, just 2km from Old Town Riga and the many shops, restaurants and entertainment areas this lovely city has to offer. Adjacent to the development, occupying an area to the side and rear, is a lovely public park area having well kept gardens, walk ways, a fountain and a large children’s play area with swings and slides.

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required for all bookings. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, unless arrival is within this period, in which case, full payment is required when booking is made.
    All payments to be made to owners Bank account by BACS / IBACS transfer. The apartment will be ready for occupancy from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00hrs on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.
  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
    A damage/breakage deposit of 100€ is payable with the balance. This will be refunded in full on the day of departure, subject to satisfactory inspection, when keys are returned.
  • MEET & GREET SERVICE:
    You will be met at the apartment, at a pre-arranged time, where a representitive will supply the access security codes, the remote control for the gate and the apartment key. If you wish, for an extra 10€, you can be met at Riga Airport and accompanied to the Apartment. (Cost of taxi or car hire not included)

Accommodation description: The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and comprises of a spacious open plan living room, 8m x 8m iwith dining and lounge areas plus a fully fitted, modern kitchen having built in units including a dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob and overhead extractor fan. The dining table seats four people and there are two very comfortable leather sofas in the lounge area. Entertainment is provided here by a large flat screen Satellite TV. In addition there is an encrypted wireless Internet system for clients exclusive use. (Also, a DVD Player and Music system will be installed shortly) From the living area there is access to a good sized double bedroom having a king size bed, bedside table and light. The modern shower room next to the bedroom also houses the washing machine. From the dining area there is access to a lovely terrace with views towards the park areas. A separate table with four chairs is provided here. The apartment benefits from full central heating.

Outside Facilities: The modern development comprises of two blocks of apartments, each having dedicated parking spaces in an underground car park which is accesses through a remote controlled electric gate and barriers. There are key-coded locks for pedestrian entry to the grounds and the buildings. There are stairs and a lift to the garage and all floors. The apartment benefits from an Intercom system to open the lower access doors to guests. Outside, within the grounds there are well kept ornamental gardens with seating areas. This is an ideal location for anyone visiting Riga whether on business of for pleasure.

Visit 23Sep09 - this was my send visit to this lovely, light and airy apartment in Riga. It is conveniently locate within easy reach of both new and old town Riga. I was met at the airport on my first visit and escorted to the apartment. This time I travelled to the apartment and was greeted at the prearranged time by a nice young man who let me in and showed me around. Once again the place was spotlessly clean and had a spare duvet, sheets and towels for my use. The weather was great! I spent time in the park next door, went to town on the bus! I even found time to use the Wi-Fi and do some work!
I will definitely return again and will have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.
