Accommodation description:
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and comprises of a spacious open plan living room, 8m x 8m iwith dining and lounge areas plus a fully fitted, modern kitchen having built in units including a dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob and overhead extractor fan.
The dining table seats four people and there are two very comfortable leather sofas in the lounge area. Entertainment is provided here by a large flat screen Satellite TV. In addition there is an encrypted wireless Internet system for clients exclusive use. (Also, a DVD Player and Music system will be installed shortly)
From the living area there is access to a good sized double bedroom having a king size bed, bedside table and light. The modern shower room next to the bedroom also houses the washing machine.
From the dining area there is access to a lovely terrace with views towards the park areas. A separate table with four chairs is provided here. The apartment benefits from full central heating.
Outside Facilities:
The modern development comprises of two blocks of apartments, each having dedicated parking spaces in an underground car park which is accesses through a remote controlled electric gate and barriers. There are key-coded locks for pedestrian entry to the grounds and the buildings. There are stairs and a lift to the garage and all floors. The apartment benefits from an Intercom system to open the lower access doors to guests.
Outside, within the grounds there are well kept ornamental gardens with seating areas. This is an ideal location for anyone visiting Riga whether on business of for pleasure.
