With 6 en-suite bedrooms, including a presidential suite with Jacuzzi, it sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. The large, spacious sitting/ dining room leads out onto a veranda which looks out over the beautiful bay of Paraty. There is a fully equipped open-style kitchen and outside garden with swimming pool, table tennis and pool tables and a barbecue area. A small historic jewel on the ‘Green Coast’ located midway between São Paulo and Rio, Paraty is the perfect place for a big city break. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Atlantic Rainforest the town of Paraty sits between the mountains and the sea. In addition to its forest trails, tropical beaches and waterfalls Paraty also offers one of the most extraordinary examples of 18th Century colonial architecture in Brazil (a UNESCO world heritage site). Although it's a small town there is always something going on in Paraty. In addition to the better known Carnival, New Year and Easter celebrations Paraty's busy calendar of cultural and religious events means there is always something going on. Why not plan your trip to coincide with Paraty's International Literary Festival? The Gastronomy festival? Or Paraty´s Sea Carnival? Alternatively, come in low season (April to June) and enjoy the warm sunny days when you will have the beaches and islands to yourself.
