The villa has sea views and is located on a private gated road offering complete privacy. By the pool are sun beds and a BBQ & alfresco dining area & a lounge area. There are gardens to the front and rear of the property. Large private pool, sun loungers, BBQ. Located in private gated road. Air-conditioned with Sky Satellite TV with movies and sports, WIFI internet access (avail 2010) and IPOD docking station. Luxury kitchen with granite worktops. American fridge freezer, cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Frappe machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with double bed.Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with double bed and en-suite (situated on ground flr). Sofa bed on 1st floor for 1 adult or 2 children. En-suite shower rooms to 2 double bedrooms.1 family bathroom. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are per week in UK pounds.
    We offer any number of nights on a pro rated basis. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or paypal. The above prices include air-conditioning/heating, bedlinen and towel change. A small charge is added for travel cot and highchair. Prices available on request.
  • 25% deposit is required on booking confirmation with the balance due 2 months before holiday begins. A £300 deposit is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses breakages and damages (if any). This will be independently assessed by the management company.
  • Check in time is at 1700. Check out time is by 1000. If you require any times different to these, please enquire. No fixed changeover day.

Other activities: The central area of Kapparis offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and bars and shops. The town of Paralimni is 2km away and offers a more traditional view of Cyprus with beautiful historic squares and churches, cafes and shops. Protaras is a lively town, both day and night, only 5 min drive away. Ayia Napa is just a 10 to 15 min drive away. Water Park is 20 mins away.

Coast/Beach: Firemans beach is 200m away. It is a beautiful piece of coastline, with sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. It has sunbeds for hire and a kiosk for refreshments. The beach is cleaned daily. You can walk along the coastline which has sea caves and secluded coves and beaches. Malama bay is only 10 min walk away with water sport facilities.

Travel: Larnaca is the nearest airport which is 50kms away. (40mins drive). Paphos airport is still accessible but around 2 hours drive. Hiring a care is not essential as there are amenities within easy walking distance of the villa and local buses to Protaras and Paralimni. We can arrange airport transfers for you.
