This spacious first floor apartment can accommodate six people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and bedside cabinets/lamps and ample wardrobe storage. A large open plan living room with 2 sofa beds, large dining room with table and six chairs. Separate fully equipped kitchen including kettle, toaster, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Large hallway with additional large wardrobe storage. Balcony off main bedroom and you'll love the views from the communal rooftop pool with terrace. The apartment is located only a few minutes walk from the beautiful golden beaches, shops, bars and cafes, in, Armacao de Pera, central Algarve. Armaçao de Pêra with its famous fishing boats and the delightful, newly completed, esplanade, where bars, coffee shops and good restaurants line the boulevard along the beach. Many sports and fun options are provided during the high season including paragliding, jet ski, trips to the caves by boat.

It's a perfect holiday home for families, couples or just groups of friends and you're just a few minutes walk from the beautiful two-mile long Praia Grande beach which has all the water sports and beach activities that you'd expect. The resort's bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs, as well as all essential facilities such as ATMs, shops, supermarkets etc are also all within a short walk of the apartment. For those into golf, there are plenty to choose from with over 20 courses across the Algarve, and being centrally located, all are ranging from 10-30 mins drive away. Other activities: 'Aqualand' and ‘Slide and Splash’ are water parks set among lawns and palm trees with a huge array of pools and slides, Aqualand just 2km away and Slide and Splash, approx 10km. 'Zoomarine', part zoo/part theme park, has amazing shows and is located about 5km away in Guia. There is also an amazing bird sanctuary located 2 km away next to Salgados golf course.

  • A payment of 25% or £100, whichever is greater secures your booking.
    The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay. In addition a refundable damage deposit of £150 needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. This will be refunded 1 week after departure from apartment, subject to no damage.

    Prices are for the property, per week, in UK pounds.

    Discounts are available for periods between 1 & 2 weeks (i.e. 10 days) or for periods over 2 weeks.
    Mid-week clean/linen and towel change will be approx £35 extra.
    Cot-Hire will be additional cost and quoted on enquiry.
