It is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Pago Mellila. The Blue Flag beach of La Barrosa and the golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri are both within a 3 minute drive. The villa, which is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 adults in great comfort.,It has an enclosed private garden of 1300 sq m with it's own drive and a 9m x 5m private pool (anti slip tiled surrounding patio). The villa benefits from 2 covered furnished terraces ideal for alfresco dining.
