A valley surrounded by lofty mountains which has been grown with tobacco, cereals, olive trees and vineyards, 15 fenced acres of land, and a view of a great meadow dotted by wild flowers from the hilltop where Podere Caldaruccio “La Pineta” is situated form the precious backdrop where it lies and it is 550 metres away from a village featuring different shops and buses. The view from the property embraces the two valleys at lower levels. The premises comprise a wood where there are chairs, tables, hammocks and barbecue for meaty meals al fresco, where you can enjoy nature from the saddle, strolling paths going to breathtaking sights, green landscaped grounds and the view of Ramazzano…and the most appealing for children, deers and foxes hiding and running freely among the trees. In the premises which have belonged to the same family for about a century, a vineyard, olive & fruit trees, an orchard and biological garden and by the large chlorine-free Pool.

Ski: There are ski areas in about 1 hour drive from us where normally you find ski-lift and pistes are various from ski camp practice to blck pistes.

Golf: At only 10 minutes away, there's: Antognolla golf course is an 18 hole championship golf course, situated in the heart of Umbria, 20 mins north of Perugia. The course is open to local residents, including all agriturismos and hotels etc and their guests. It has a driving range, practice green, a small club house, a bar and changing facilities. There is a range of golf clubs, trolleys and carts available to hire.
