The Casa Dorel is a lone-standing vacation home built in a traditional finca style in the century-old tradition of the 'Neomudjar' style. The house is perfect for four people, has a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, the covered patio has a separate shower. The spacious living-dining room is equipped with TV and radio reception. In front of the living room you will find a covered patio opening to the side. The property is 750 m² large and has a shaded parking space and is located in a quiet alley, about 3.5 km from the beach. Families with children and pets are welcome.

From the Roman times through present times, Javea has been a fishing village whose harbor is located in a historic part of town. Javea has kept its charm and simplicity due to the careful construction of tourism - Levantine constructions were demanded and have thus made Javea to one of the most beautiful cities of Costa Blanca. Mountains border the two bays - one with a shingle beach for surfers, the other with fine sand and palms and sun umbrellas for families. It is bordered by a promenade with cafés, restaurants and bars. The northern part of the bay is snuggled with the old city and its harbor, the Mont Go, to the south a steep coast begins with a wild, natural landscape and the ever changing views of the furrowed coast and its islands.

  • Starting with the beginning of April, all extra costs are included in the price in our 'carefree package': included are electricity and water costs; bed sheets and towels that are changed regularly during your time, once a week during the peak season, otherwise every two weeks; final cleaning after departure costs € 65.00. Upon request, the house can be cleaned during your stay for a fee. You will have a contact on site that will help you with all questions and problems. More information upon request. Electricity costs are calculated according to consumption from October to March.

Die Lage des Hauses entsprach unseren Wünschen, die Ruhe die wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten fanden wir hier, in den Räumlichkeiten fühlten wir uns wie Zuhause, vor allem meine Frau konnte sich in der gut ausgestatteten Küche voll austoben. Auch der Weg zum Strand war annehmbar.

Das Haus war uns zwar als preiswerte Unterkunft angekündigt worden, aber entgegen allen Vorstellungen haben wir ein nettes, im spanischen Stil eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte.

Die einfache Ausstattung der Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche enthielt alles, was man für eine gute Selbstversorgung benötigt. Die Terrassen luden uns perfekt zur abendlichen Entspannung ein. Die Villenlage in der ruhigen Sackgasse in unmittelbarer Nähe des schönen Strandes von Javea verschaffte uns die erforderliche Erholung

Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub im Casa Dorel , auch wenn leider die Gartenanlage wegen des Wassermangels nicht so grün ist wie bei zu Hause. Aber so ist es nun einmal im Süden.

Wir haben schon wieder gebucht!

Dieses kleine Ferienhaus hat Seltenheitswert, da es sich um eine originäre Finka handelt mit einfacher Ausstattung und viel Atmosphäre, und das in einem überzeugenden Preis-Leistunsverhältnis. In jedem Zimmer begegnet einem diese alte spanische Schreinerkunst die heute keiner mehr beherrscht. Die Terrasse ist perfekt zum Ausdampfen nach einem heißen Tag am Strand. Küche ist neu, die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht. Einen Pool haben wir nicht vermisst, da wir die traumhaften Strände in Granadella, la Baraca und Javea zum Baden vorziehen – nur ca 3 Km von der Casa Dorel entfernt. Die entspannte Lage in Meeresnähe schafft die richtige Distanz zum Urlaubstreiben, wir, zwei Mädels Polly 60 und Thea 30 mit Faible für Spanien, haben schon wieder gebucht und können es kaum erwarten das Auto auf dem überwachsenen Stellplatz zu parken und uns bei einem kühlen Cava auf der Terrasse zu überlegen was wir am nächsten Tag so treiben wollen.

für uns genau das richtige

In diesem juni waren wir schon zum zweiten mal mieter der casadorel.
die neue küche ist eine tolle überraschung, da macht kochen sogar im urlaub spass!
das haus ist einfach gemütlich, die betten sind mit neuen latexmatratzen ausgestattet,
es ist sauber, die wäsche wird regelmäßig gewechselt, die betreuung durch die agentur ist vorbildlich.
wo finde ich sonst so ein haus mit dem service und zu dem preis.
wir haben jetzt schon wieder für den nächsten februar gebucht.
leider gibt es keinen swimmingpool. deswegen geben wir nur 4 von 5 punkten.

Ein Haus für sehr Anspruchslose.....abgewohnt, unmodern, keine Mückennetze, Ameisen überall, Garten nicht nutzbar, da verwahrlost....
Owner's Response: Unser Haus ist ausgeschrieben für junge Familien mit Kindern und Hunden, die ohne Angst rumtoben dürfen. Entsprechend robust ist die Einrichtung und der Mietpreis gering.
Wegen der Fenster mit Eisengittern und außen angebrachten Holzläden können wir keine Mückennetze installieren.
Da wir Rücksicht auf kleine Kinder und Haustiere nehmen, verwenden wir keine Chemikalien im Haus und Garten.
Allen Spanienreisenden ist die dramatische Wasserknappheit dort bekannt. Deswegen finden wir es unmoralisch, unseren Garten mit kostbarem Trinkwasser zu gießen.
Alle dauergrünen Pflanzen werden regelmäßig geschnitten.
