The house is front lake and formed by two different apartments. first floor has separated admittance and is for rent. Lake and beaches are few steps away. The brand new apartment is about 90 square meters, formed by 2 bedrooms- 2 shower bath-rooms and a wide panoramic dining room with front lake glass window including a full optional kitchen 2 places divan bed and a big outside terrace for sun bathing and relax. 2 private parking place. The apartment is completely furnished with TV SAT, DVD, washing-machine,dish-washing machine, microwave. The house is situated in TORRI DEL BENACO, pleasant and quiet spot of the lake of Garda in the Verona’s district,and it is about 1 km far from downtown (haven)easy connected through a lovely and panoramic pedestrian way on the lake.
