A door leads you to the kitchen, which is fully equipped. There is a washing machine too. To the left of the kitchen, there is a beautiful large bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with blue walls and two twin beds. The bedroom door looks onto the porch area. To the left of the kitchen there is the living room which, with its Tuscan furniture, gives you a feeling of peace and relaxation. From the living room, though a French window, you can get to the back of the house and also to the owners' garden. While, through a winding wrought iron staircase, you can get to the double bedroom on the first floor. It has a wooden beam ceiling, a fireplace (which does not work but which the owners saved because it was old), a beautiful old brass bed, an old wood door which leads onto the a small terrace (ideal for two people) and to the staircase leading to the garden. The swimming pool (10x5 metres, with a depth from 1,2 to 2,45 metres) is about 15-20 metres from the house. Pets are not allowed.
