Enjoy Mediterranean living at this delightful villa where the shady garden and patio areas offer places to relax, play, eat and drink under the beautiful Greek skies. The interior is not bad either! The ceilings have exposed beams and the house is furnished and decorated in both a traditional and eclectic style creating a comfortable and interesting environment. The kitchen has space for dining and there is an open plan dining/living space. All fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and no expense has been spared on this delightful home as thoughtful pieces make every corner a delight. This is very much a family home with lots of personal items and artwork, and feels like a home away from home, not a purpose built rental property! There is one double bedroom and one twin room and up to four people can also stay in a separate apartment with two sets of bunk beds. The villa next door can also be rented with this villa and apartment for large parties. Please enquire.

Location: Spetses Island in Greece

Nearest Airport: Athens International Airport at 180 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Spetses at 500 Metres
Nearest Beach: Spetses Town at 500 Metres
This sumptuous villa is located in the historical area of Kastelli, the higher area of town which was established as a safe haven during the period when pirates used to raid the island. The bars and restaurants are just down the hill but far enough away from this residential area to allow a peaceful stay. The walk down to the town where the shops, restaurants and town beaches are located takes about 5 minutes while the return trip takes about 5 to 10 minutes and is mostly a gradual incline apart from one steeper section. The island itself is blessed with an abundance of pine trees and is mostly motor vehicle free having a policy which allows only commercial traffic and a handful of taxis plus motorcycles. Motorcycles and bicycles are available for hire. There are various beaches on the island to suit all tastes. There are 2 museums, the historical boat-yard which dates back 2,000 years and a plethora of mansions and natural phenomena on the island. The mainland is a short trip away.
