Located in a very quiet typical courtyard in Venice city center this flat has been recently renovated. On the second floor of an ancient palace with lift it has a little entrance, a nice living room, an independent kitchen well equipped with microwave oven, toaster, fridge and freezer and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, and two bedrooms: the first one with kingsize bed, the second one with two or three single beds. Prices include accommodation fee, gas, water, electricity and heating. Final cleaning and air conditioning are not included. Conditions of reservation and cancellation policy will be sent to clients together with the apartment confirmation and with all references.
