This apartment has been newly refurbished with a modern kitchen breakfast room, and bathroom/shower room. There is a comfortable sitting room with dining areas with side views of the sea. The bedroom has a standard double bed. The real bonus is the lovely private patio. Facilities include washing machine, gas central heating, fully equipped kitchen. The building is mid Victorian on a street with historic terraced housing. The location couldn't be better being at the borders of Brighton and Hove and right near the Sea front. There are plenty of restaurants and quality supermarkets for you to shop.

  • These are maximum rental rates. They can be negotiated down depending on numbers of occupants and length of stay.

    We expect short term rentals to be paid in advance. In the case of longer term rentals we expect a minimum deposit of £250.

    Or arrival there is a security deposit payable of £100 refundable either on the date of departure or 7/10 days thereafter.
  • Laundry is provided but is charged extra as this is a service on top of the rental of the flat. Laundry is charged at £5 per person per set. Where 2 people rent and request separate bedding a further £5 is added. We will assume you require this unless you state otherwise.

    Internet is available via a dongle at £2.50 per day and £15.00 per week. Again you need to request it.
  • Bank Holidays and other festivals (Brighton Pride) are charge at £50 extra per day.
