A four bedroom back to back semi detached house. Outside is a large garden with grass, large terraced area with built in BBQ, smaller terrace leading to front door of house. Ground floor open plan sitting room with dining area and well equipped kitchen with full electric cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. Ground floor master bedroom and bathroom. First floor three further bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. Further staircase to flat roof solarium with all day sunshine and views of the sea and salt lakes. In addition the basement has been fully converted into large sitting room and dining area with huge flat screen tv, dvd and surround speakers. CD players also available. There is a communal swimming pool close to the property and there is a separate games room with pool table and outdoor table tennis table.

Additional information about rental rates

  • An additional charge for final day clean of 80 euros is payable on arrival at the house. A returnable deposit of £100 is payable together with the final payment for the holiday which is due for payment 4 weeks prior to the date of the booking. This returnable deposit will be returned to you to your bank account after our managers have inspected the property on departure. A deposit of 20% is payable to secure your booking.
    A free welcome pack will be provided (tea, coffee, milk, water, sugar, bread and butter.
    Our manager can arrange to collect you from the airport at a reasonable extra charge. Car hire can also be arranged.
