This luxury two bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor.Access is via stairs or lift. It has been furnished to a high standard.The kitchen is full equipped with microwave, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also located in the kitchen. A coin operated dryer is also available in the communal area. As you walk into the lounge you will see the patio doors which leads to a large balcony, furnished so you can enjoy the long evenings in the sunshine.The complex has three swimming pools including a children's pool,changing facilties,showers and toilets. all facilities are easy to access by wheelchair. Children are catered for with their own playground. A swim up snack bar, internet cafe and vending machines are also on site.

The Kyklades Resort is in a mainly residential area of Kapparis, just ten minutes walk from the cosmopolitan town of Paralimini. The magnificent Saint George Church adorns the centre of Paralimini. Why not join the locals at the numerous coffee houses and Tavernas that line the quaint streets around the centre of town. You will find a large choice of shops, including many household names in and around town.To the south of the resort, a ten minute walk brings you to the safe sandy beach(with amenities) of Ayia Triada. Five minutes walk brings you to a large selection of bars and restaurants, including traditional Greek. Chinese and Italian.A twenty four hour bakery and large supermarket are only a five minute walk from the resort .Many of the bars are run by ex-pats.Tradditional Sunday roasts and the great British pastime of bingo can be found on the Kapparis strip. The Resort is on the main bus route into the larger resort areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa.Buses are cheap and frequent.
