Sunset Villa is a new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa tastefully furnished throughout. The 2 master bedrooms have King Size beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and TVs. The 3 other bedrooms all have twin beds and walk-in wardrobes. The front living room has 2 sofas (one a sofa-bed to sleep 2 further people) while the family room also has 2 sofas and TV with DVD player. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which has all the amenities you require including cooker, microwave and large fridge/freezer with ice maker for those relaxing evenings after a hectic day in Central Florida! Outside is a large pool deck, the pool can be heated if required. A large garage and off-street parking complete the facilities in this fine villa - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney but close enough for easy reach of everything you need for that special Florida holiday.

Sunset Ridge is situated 23 minutes from the junction of Interstate I-4 and SR27 allowing easy access to all the major theme and water parks, shopping malls and restaurants. The Gulf Coast resorts and Busch Gardens are also within easy reach west on I-4 and the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre to the east. For shopping there are several Publix supermarkets on SR 27 and a Wal-Mart in Haines City, about 15 minutes drive. For the golfer there are many courses within easy reach to suit all standards - for the fishing fanatic there is unlimited choice of Bass fishing lakes - for the nature lovers the air boat rides bringing you up close to the Florida wildlife - for the shopper the Outlet and prestige Malls are all in easy reach.
