Three of the first and most beautiful skiing regions (Hochzillertal-Hochfügen-Spieljoch) are nearby. We rent a house for 12 to 15 people. Non-smoking, no pets! Very well equipped, 1 closed apartment (70 m2) with 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, large bathroom, hallway and balcony. 4 double rooms, each with shower and WC, satellite/TV, radio, safe, hair dryer and balcony. Dining room and kitchen. Heated room for ski clothes and shoes. Parking spaces in front of the house on the property. Can be reached safely year-round. Free ski bus connection to all ski regions in the Zillertal. Restaurants and the new thermal springs in Fügen (with the longest slide in Austria) can be reached by foot.

Our house is located on the southern edge of the city of Fügen in the front part of the Zillertal - mountain panorama from all sides. Skiing is number 1 by us. We have 3 ski regions; Hochfügen-Hochzillertal-Spieljoch with 176 of ski trails, 43 modern lifts, up to 2500m high, snowed valley descent, skiing until May 1st, free ski bus in all ski regions. Zillertal super ski pass! There is another ski region every few km, up to the Hintertux glacier. You can get here safely during the summer and winter.

Eating!: In the neighboring restaurant you can eat well and get there on foot - there is everything by us - even classy restaurants. And after that, home-fired fruit schnapps to help your digestion!

Ski: Our nearby ski regions of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal-Spieljoch with 176 km of well-prepared slopes; skiing from November to the end of April. The crystal lodge, the highest lodge in the entire alps, is located in our ski region. 5 km further to the Zillertal Arena-Gerlos, and the Mayerhofner mountain trains up to the Hintertux glaciers at 3500 m above sea level - our year-round ski region. With the Zillertal super ski pass, you can ride for free with all of the local buses and trains.

Waren über Silvester mit 13 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Haus. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es genau das richtige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und wenn was fehlte, gab es immer Abhilfe. Ich hoffe, wir seheh uns mal wieder!
Owner's Response: Die positiven Rückmeldungen beweisen uns, dass der Entschluß unser Haus als Einheit für eine große Familie, oder Freundeskreis zu vermieten, richtig war.

Angenehme Weihnachten bei sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren mit 10 Familienmitgliedern über die Weihnachtsfeiertage 2007 in Kapfing und hatten das komplette Haus gemietet. Alle Räume sind geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist genügend Platz vorhanden und für Skifahrer gibt es einen Trockenraum im Keller mit Zugang von außen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und ausreichend mit Geschirr etc. ausgestattet. Mit den Fahrrädern vom Haus konnten wir an Weihnachten sogar eine Fahrradtour unternehmen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, was zur ausgesprochen angenehmen Atmosphäre des Hauses beiträgt.

Im Namen von uns allen daher Auszeichnung= 5

Tolle Unterkunft mit super sympathischen Vermieter

Total schöne und durchdachte Doppelzimmer mit genügend Platz und Stauraum für Gepäck.
Hambergwohnung ideal für Familie mit 4 Personen oder Gruppe.
Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 9 Personen und hatten die Hambergwohnung im 2.Stock, sowie 2 Doppelzimmer im 1.Stock. War alles ideal.
Sehr funktionelles Haus, wo von Skiraum bis Handschuhtrockner an alles gedacht wurde. Man merkt, dass der Hausherr ein praktischer Bastler ist und alles perfekt organisiert ist.
Die Vermieter sind total sympathisch und die Hausfrau ist für alle Fragen herzlich und aufgeschlossen interessiert.
Selten ein Haus mit so viel Atmosphäre gehabt .
Daher von mir die höchste Auszeichnung= 5
