Ty sinamon is a beautiful recently refurbished house with large lounge with 3 sofas, well equipped kitchen, stable doors to garden, BBQ area, dryroom, GIANT GAMES, cloak room area and well maintained terraced garden. The house accommodates 16 people very comfortably in 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) with a dining room which will seat 16 adults (18 a little cosy). Bala is centrally located for a range of activities, with Bala Lake only a 15 minute walk from the house. The National White Water centre is a 10 minute drive and there are 15 different activities within a 30 minute drive. There are a number of good walks in the area and we provide maps for 2 locals walks which can start directly from the house. Mount Snowdon is about 75 minutes drive and the huge Barmouth beach is a 45 minute drive.
