A lovely PENTHOUSE DUPLEX apartment that is privately owned and set around three landscaped swimming pools. The apartment is bright and sunny and possibly the best located in Senorio. It is only about 10 mins walking distance to the port and beaches of Puerto Banus where you have a varied choice of bars and restaurants to suit most tastes. If you feel you would prefer to stay near to the apartment there is an excellent choice of restaurants from Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Indian, American to name but a few that are in easy walking range from the apartment. The apartment has three balconies, one from the lounge, one leading from the guest bedroom and the third from the main bedroom. Both the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The balcony from the main bedroom is totally secluded as the apartment in at the end of the building will superb views to Gibraltar and Morrocco on a clear day, as well as the stunning sea and mountain views that you have from all three balconies.

Senorio is ideally situated for you to be able to walk to the nearest beach and the marina in Puerto Banus if you wish or if you are hiring a car and intending to travel it is only 2 minutes to the main coast road which leads to the motorway. There are a number of golf courses within a very short distance. More in this area than any where else on the coast. Las Brisas etc. From here you can visit Gibraltar, Morrocco, Ronda, Seville, Granada and the local villages such as Ben Havis which is very well known for its numerous excellent restaurants. The walk from Puerto Banus to Marbella along the seafront is certainly worth doing. It would take about an hour but there are some bars and restaurants on route, so it may take longer! Locally in Centro Plaza on Saturdays is the local market where you can buy the designer bags, shoes and watches etc as as well as some very good artwork. If shopping is of interest then of course there are the designer shops on the marina, such as Jimmy Choo.

Additional information about rental rates

30% of the price is payable on booking to secure the holiday and the balance is payable within 10 weeks of departure.
If the departure date is less than 8 weeks, the full price is payable immediately.
There is a security deposit, in case of breakages, payable of £350 or €350 which is payable in advance with the final holiday payment. This will be returned to you within two weeks of your holiday. The apartment will be checked upon immediate termination of the rental. There is no set changeover day.

Notes: This apartment is extremely relaxing and has a very sunny and friendly feel to it. Hopefully you will feel at home the minute you open the door. The apartment can be reached by a lift as it is on the top floor which is level five but if you are not keen on lifts you can use the stairs. There are only two apartments on each floor. Should you require daily maid service please feel free to request this service otherwise linen and towels are changed weekly. There is also air conditioning in the lounge as well as the bedrooms. Senorio has security staff on day and night and entry is by a code system.

YOUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT: This excellent apartment has marble floors and a travetine dinning table with rattan chairs. As soon as you enter the apartment you just unwind and you can start your holiday with a relaxing drink on one of the balconies to blow away the stresses of work and travel. There is a wall mounted flat screen tv with Sky box and DVD for those nights when you just want to chill out at home or relax prior to visiting the bars and restaurants nearby or in Banus or Marbella. The single beds can be made into double beds if wished and because the apartment is a duplex it feels more private and spacious. Especially as it is at the end of the building.

NEW ENTERTAINMENT: The Bull Ring located near the apartment has been totally refurbished and the intention is to hold concerts and plays there in the future. So we await this space and if there are any updates we will inform you. In July 2009 the Davis Cup was held there for the first time, so tennis fans this may happen again. You never know.

FOR THE LADIES - FOR THE MEN: Ladies just near to the apartment are two excellent beauty salons, one of which offers treatments using Rene Guinot products. So if pampering is on the agenda then I would head for these. Also the hairdressers are very good as well, so if a total change is on the cards you could go home a new woman! Gentlemen, while your ladies are being pampered take a look at the golf courses nearby. There is an excellent choice such as Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas amongst them. There is a golf clothing shop just below Senorio that has some very good quality items. Also in the hills is the Marbella gun club if you wish to try your hand at clay pigeon shooting and on Sundays they tend to have lunchtime entertainment. Also bare in mind that in Spain Sunday is still very much a family day so if you wish to shop then Sunday is not the best day.
