Located in an attractive cul-de-sac on San Andres Golf overlooking the 6th fairway this villa was built in the classic style with great attention to detail and generously proportioned accommodation [390m2]. On a 2000m2 plot the villa is surrounded by spacious gardens with pine trees, several fruit trees, mature palms and succulents. The house has full gas fired central heating a perfect home for all year round. The front garden is partly laid to lawn with several borders of shrubs and trees – jacaranda, pomegranate and a Norfolk pine. The graveled carriage driveway provides parking for about four cars. There are three en suite bedrooms, a cloakroom, large entertaining hall, lounge & dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped. Back garden: large pool [5mx11m], a covered porch leading off the lounge & dining room, terracing around the pool plus roof terrace. The nearest beach is at Lomo de Sancti Petri (10 minutes drive); a long expanse of beautiful sand with shallow, warm waters. Going south this becomes Roche beach, after that several small coves which after Conil fishing port and small marina becomes Fontanilla beach (Conil town) with lifeguards and award winning beach restaurants and cafes. Kite surfing. From here you can see El Palmar beach (still only 15 mins from San Andres) which is a favourite for surfers. Driving times (about, in minutes): Conil: 10: pretty fishing village with good restaurants, an excellent Friday gypsy market and an area of discotheques open in season Chiclana: 10: The local large town (with theatre and cinemas superb food in market Cadiz: 20 : One of the oldest cities in Europe. Jerez: 30, Seville: 60, Arcos: 30 Local shopping: El Colorado (5 minutes by car) is ideal for all day to day provisions with supermarkets, chemist & several ventas.
