This charming single storey property is set down a private road offering privacy with its completely enclosed garden. The accommodation consists of 3 good sized double bedrooms, all with substantial built in wardrobes. The first bedroom has a double bed and and the other two, two single beds each. Two further fold-up beds are available. The main living area consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat up to eight people and a spacious living room. These rooms link to one another in a semi open-plan format. There is a generous sized bathroom with bath, separate shower unit and W.C. A further W.C. is in a separate cloakroom off the main hallway. At the front there is a conservatory and at the back there is the patio with extendable awning and a pool. The garden area extends around the entire property, with a washing line and fruit trees which you are welcome to sample from. Please note that the pool is only partially sunken requiring a pool ladder to gain entry.

Ginestas is a small quiet village of about 1000 inhabitants in the department of Aude. Facilities in the village include a bar, restaurant, tabac, bakery, bank, small convenience store and hairdresser. Only 3 kilometres away there is a large Intermarche supermarket and at Narbonne there are many shopping malls and boutiques. The area is well known for its Minervois wine with numerous chateaus in the area where this can be sampled. Ginestas is close to the Canal du Midi and Aude river which provide lovely aspects and trips. The popular Narbonne-beach can be accessed in 30 minutes where there are a number of water sport facilities. In the village of Ginestas there are tennis courts which can be booked by the hour, day or week. There is also a children's park, sports courts and boules alley . The tourist area of Cap D'agde is only 45minutes away with facilities such as a water park,mini golf etc. Carcassonne, Montpelier and Perpignan airports are all approximately 1 hour from Ginestas

    - Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price

    Prices are given for a maximum number of people and for the whole of the property. You should expect to pay a supplement for heating between October and April. An initial deposit of 30% due on booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival. The damage deposit must be paid on arrival after an initial inventory, and will be returned within 14 days after the condition of the property has been checked.
  • Stays outside the listed periods will be available and can be discussed directly with the owner.
  • Payment can be either made in sterling to a UK bank account or in Euros to a French bank account or Paypal. Payment via bank transfer or paypal is preferred although personal cheques will be accepted but need one extra week for clearing.
