Photos and Description of this Manche holiday barn Sleeps 6 to 8 perfect for couples and families all year round

Situated in quiet and pretty rural location the barn has been converted into a 4 bedroom comfortable and spacious country cottage. The interior is a combination of traditional oak beams; comfy sofa's but with a modern country kitchen providing all the facilities to make sure your stay is stress free. The ground floor is open plan and provides a cool haven in the summer and a cosy intimate ambiance on those cooler evenings should you choose to light the wood burner - too much fuss! No problem as electric central heating is available. There is also a utility room and separate WC. The first floor provides 1 large double bedroom with king size bed and two single rooms plus a family bathroom. The landing also has a lovely peaceful area where you can just sit and take in the lovely view and relax. A small staircase takes you to the third floor double bedroom. Outside you have large garden area BBQ, patio table and chairs, sun loungers.

This beautiful converted barn sits in just under 1¼ acres of land in a quiet but easy accessible location, with a small orchard where you can pick apples in season. It’s the perfect base to explore the region which has so much to offer. We are just 25 minutes away from the spectacular Le Mont St Michel, the 2nd most visited attraction in France, 30 minutes away from a number of wonderful sandy beaches and just under an hour from St Malo. The small but very pretty town of Ducey is just minutes away with carefully manicured public gardens. The barn provides comfortable accommodation for couples and families year round. With a water park, sport and activity centre nearby (Seasonal). For an additional fee you can also have access to private woodland with a newly built cabin situated on a lake. This provides a great sport for fishing or just chilling out on balmy evenings.

  • Care of Your French Country Cottage and security deposit
    A security deposit of £150 is required. There is an expectation that you will make every effort to leave the French Country Cottage as you found it and exercise a responsibility of reasonable care for the building, its contents and grounds. On departure, should the condition of the property be in a state that may reasonably be judged unacceptable then this will be considered damage and a portion or the whole of the security deposit may be retained.

Thanks for a fantasic holiday the barn has everything you would ever
need and is finished to very high standard. The location is exellent with
many things to do and see for all the family my two young boys loved
all the activitys in the area especially the beaches.
We will definitely be booking up again next year
