Casa Julio is set in a tranquil location in the small community of El Tossal. The property is in an elevated position and has beautiful views over the 'picturesque' town of Altea, Albir, the Sierra Bernia mountain range and out to the Mediterranean Sea.Perfect for families or extended families to have a relaxing holiday by the private swimming pool.Steps lead down from the parking area onto the upper level, with well stocked gardens and a terrace. On this level there is a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable lounge with Satellite TV and DVD player. There are two bedrooms, leading from the lounge both en suite,a double bedroom with full bathroom and a twin bedroom with a shower room. External steps lead down to the lower terrace and separate apartment. There is also a seating area ideal for relaxing. The private swimming pool is located on this level with further terraces for sunbathing and admiring the lovely views. A portable gas BBQ is provided along with a covered dining area for 6.

La Nucía is located in a quiet valley, 10 km from Benidorm, 53 km from Alicante and 115 km from Valencia. In the north it is next to Polop and Callosa d'en Sarria, in the east to Altea, in the south to L'Alfaz del Pi and in the west to Benidorm. The mountains of Aitana and Aixorta protect La Nucía from cold winds from the north. Altea has a 6 kilometre beach, The Playa de Cap Negret, a shingled beach ending in a small cove with black pebbles called the 'Cala del Soio', is located to the north. L´Olla is another frequented beach opposite a small island of the same name. The two beaches of Benidorm can be reached within a 15 min drive ,along with all its attractions waterparks, theme parks etc. Calpe can be reached within 20 minutes. Guadalest and the Algar waterfalls is a short drive into the mountains. There is numerous restaurants bars and supermarkets within a short drive. There is a excellent Restaurant within a short walk downhill on the urbanization.
