Charming and cosy apartment on ground floor of guarded(housemaster) property at Recoleta Buenos Aires most posh area.Closing the door you are in the middle of fine restaurants and a good shopping district. For example Shopping Mall Buenos Aires Design and nextdoor Recoleta's cemetery where Evita Peron's tomb can be visited are in walking distance..Entering the split level apartment you find downstairs the kitchen with microwave/oven/cooker plus cooking equipment and a washing machine.Furthermore table with two stools.Next is the living room with equal table and two stools,television,music equipment(cd/dvd) and a comfortable sofa/settee bed(2pers.).At the end you enter the patio.Upstairs you find the open bedroom with a twin bed,as well the bathroom: toilet,shower, bidet and washbasin.The apartment is painted in bright colours,decorated mix of modern and antique items.Smoking only allowed on patio and not inside the apartment.
