On the ground floor there is a living area with leather sofas and a home cinema theater with a big plasma SAT-TV and DVD player , a dining table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, draft beer machine, dish washer etc).French doors lead from the kitchen and living area on a beautiful covered -with a wooden pergola veranda- with patio furniture , just next to the pool.Further on there are , a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/wc and a utility room where the washing machine is. An internal marble staircase leads up on the upper floor where are 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize double bed and one with two single beds , sharing a spacious bath/wc with jacuzzi. Both bedrooms lead to a balcony with beautiful views. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a tv and dvd player.

  • The above rates are for 6 persons per week including air-condition, cleaning services, change of bed linen, towels and all Greek taxes.


    The availability and the total cost of the services are confirmed , (usually within 24 hours from your request) For reservations till 56 days before the arrival, we require a deposit of the 30% of the total cost. For reservations less than 56 days before the arrival the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is required.
    There are no other charges to be added. After payment is charged, you will receive your travel documents along with your payment receipt. We accept payment by credit card Visa or Master Card or Bank Transfer.
  • Cancellation of the reservation
    Cancellation made for any reason will result to 'cancellation fees'.
    The usual cancellation fees rate as follows:

    -Non Show: the charge is the 100% of the total booking reservation.
