Directions...:
If using Satellite Navigation, ignore it when you approach Lyme Regis sea front, as it invariably takes you onto Marine Parade at the Cobb end of Marine Parade - the property cannot be accessed from that side.
Make your way to the bottom end of the town where you will see the only traffic lights in town. Fordhams Ironmongers is on one side and opposite is The Rockpoint Inn and Cobb Gate Fish bar. Adjacent to Rockpoint Inn is a small car park with a clock in the middle. There you will pick up Marine Parade that runs along the seafront. Drive along the sea front and you will see the Beach house about 30yards along just past 'The Alcove'. Suggest you let passengers out then drive to end of Marine Parade where there is a turning area. Turn round and you will then be able to pull in close to the wall to unload. You will be on double lines but it is OK to unload as long as it is a continuous process. A car park permit will be left inside the property along with directions/instructions etc
