The Kitchen is equipped with all the mod cons and the large lounge/dining room has a TV/DVD/MP3 player. The villa has private gated parking next to the villa, a private garden with your own pool and a large, secluded roof terrace. This security gated resort offers a wide range of facilities including three luxurious large pools, with infant pools and showers, tennis courts/padel courts, a gym and a restaurant open all day. It is within a short distance from shops, restaurants and a water park and the lovely beaches of Vera Playa.

Local area: Pueblo Salinas is 1 mile from a long stretching sandy beach. A varied range of restaurants and a large supermarket are within easy reach of the resort. A convenient bus stop just outside the resort and takes you for 1 Euro to Puerto Rey, Garrucha and the lively town of Mojacar. During the summer months this bus runs until 4am.

Places of interest: Mojacar Playa has an excellent choice of restaurants for all tastes as well as bars and lively clubs. There is go-karting, water sports, scuba diving, horse riding and quad biking. Mojacar Pueblo - the old hill top town is a delightful place to explore. Through a labyrinth of narrow winding cobbled streets you will find charming arty shops, restaurants, bars and terraces. There is a magnificent view at the top of the village. Vera Playa - 8km of white sandy beaches – Las Marinas, Puerto Laguna, Pueblo Laguna, Puerto Key and El Playaso. The amazing water park has excellent shoots and slides.

Garrucha - A charming, lively fishing port famous for its delicious fresh seafood which is fished locally. It has a beautiful beach and promenade with excellent restaurants and bars serving fresh sea catch of the day. Lively weekly market on Fridays. Cabo de gata national park - An hours drive will take you to 30km of beautiful untouched coastlines. Ideal for hiking, fishing, bird-watching, scuba diving or just exploring the sandy beaches and quiet coves. Golf - There are 3 golf courses all within a 15 minute drive; Desert Springs golf, Valle Del Este, Marina Golf Mojacar.
