A luxury property set in landscaped gardens, on the Montgo in Javea. The area is very sought after as it offers beautiful scenery plus peace and quiet but is only 5 minutes away from the town to Javea which has shopping, restaurants and the blue flag Arenal beach. The villa which was completely refurbished in 2006 offers modern luxury accommodation and outside privacy, with a private swimming pool, outside kitchen and bbq area plus a pool table. The villa is three minutes car ride from the La Sella Golf Course which was designed by JMO. 30 minutes drive from Benidorm with all the theme parks and beautiful beaches. The property which is on 2 levels has 5 bedrooms 4 bath/shower rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 sitting/dining rooms. Plenty of parking within walking distance of a supermarket, bar and restaurants.
